Actually my mother was the patient of diabetes, so i also have been caught by this disease. One of my sisters is also suffering from same as it hereditary factor.I have been taking tablets for diabetes for last 3 years. Unfortunately, 5 months back i came to know that i am suffering from thyroid also.I put a lot of weight.I was 67 and now i am 78Kg.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;	Now i do walking for 30 Min, don't eat sugar food. Drink 1 glass of milk, 2 glasses of lemon water. I eat a lot of salad. However, I take issue with your inclusion of the "nakednutrition" blog.  While the author's credentials are sound, there seems to me an emphasis on his master diet plan.
